Cyber Security and Incident Reporting
Our approach
Aura Property Deals Ltd takes the protection of client and business information seriously. We have a cyber incident response procedure to help us assess suspected security incidents, contain their effects and restore affected services safely.
Report a concern
If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Aura, notice a possible security issue or believe information you have shared with us may be affected, contact Michele Williams:
Telephone: 07742 983187
Email: info@aurapropertydeals.online
If you suspect our email account has been compromised, please telephone using the number above.
Please describe what happened and when. Do not send passwords, bank card details, identity documents or other sensitive information with your initial report. We will agree a suitable way to obtain any further information needed.
Suspicious payment requests
If a message asks you to change payment details or make an unexpected transfer, telephone us using the number above to verify it before paying. If you have already transferred money and suspect fraud, contact your bank immediately.
How we respond
We assess reported concerns, take appropriate steps to limit harm and seek support from relevant service providers or specialists where needed.
If a personal data breach meets the legal reporting threshold, we will notify the Information Commissioner’s Office. Where a breach is likely to result in a high risk to affected individuals, we will inform them without undue delay as required by law.
Where an incident affects our services, we will provide appropriate updates through a safe communication channel. Please also read our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle personal data.
